I have a lot of information about healthy nutrition through spiritual transmission. The knowledge comes from God's White Book. Below is a short example:

How to eat properly?

Concerning vegetables they have to be fresh meat should be soaked 2-12 hours before in
different spices, then it gives all its nutritional values and it is better assimilated by a organism.

What should we exclude from the diet?
 

  • Majority of pork- the worst are feet and ears, the best is heart and neck. 
  • Snails and also frog's legs, octopus (good are mussels, calamari, caviar-white is better) snakes (except big ones over 2 meter). 
  • Vegetable-broccoli, white bean damages mucous membrane of duodenum, cilantro. 
  • Fruits- less positive but edible pears, cherries. Organism regulates itself the need for the fruits. 
  • Bread and rolls- inedible is bread combined with poppy seed and dark honey, bread combined with cheese should be eaten not later than 2-3 days, after that they are harmful, whereas small cookies from white flour the older the better they are. White bread once a month is healthy, should be prepared as toast.

What must not be combined? 

  • One must not combine corn with fish or seafood, but it is very healthy to combine it with red meat. Do not combine runner bean with dairy products, but baked with fish or poultry is very good for the alimentary canal. 
  • Tomatoes should not be combined with red meat and seafood, but it can be mixed with poultry and dairy products. 
  • Onion can be mixed with every food except seafood. 
  • Hard cheese one can eat once a week combined with onion and tomatoes 
  • Processed cheese we eat twice a week combined with green pepper or green parsley. 
  • Cheese can be baked combined with meat or vegetables. For dinner white wine is recommended. 
  • One must not combine cauliflower with seafood. For best taste it is combined with red meat, only with butter, parsley or onion. Cauliflower can be eaten fresh with carrots, onion, celery, green pepper, garden cucumber, but not with beans or fresh green peas.

How should we eat?

Breakfast

  • 3 times a week fish or seafood 
  • 2 times a week cereal (cow milk should be cooked) 
  • 1 time a week mix: sandwich with fish, turkey ham, egg and cheese.

Dinner 

  • 5 times a week fresh vegetable and salads (summer only) 
  • 1 time a week cooked cabbage or sauerkraut 
  • 2 times a week something sweet i.e. rice with apples or strawberries 
  • 1 time a week macaroni with tomato sauce and onions - cleans intestines

Supper 

  • different pastes with vegetables 
  • Baked mushrooms in sauce, with cooked carrots or cauliflower 
  • Soups, puddings, jellies, fruit whips.

Breakfast 

  • Milk, cereal, fish

Dinner and supper

  • Seafood-shrimps and crab legs 
  • Fish combined with fresh salads and white wine (this combination is important) 
  • Bean soup and tomatoes, gelatin, fresh pineapple, tangerine, mango and light plum.
